The theme for this edition of RITY goes back to the late 17th century! That’s when Johann Pachelbel composed “Canon In D.” Unfortunately, for him, the composition didn’t gain popularity until the 20th century when it had a significant impact on popular music. For this episode, we look back at songs that use, or are influenced by the chord progression of “Canon In D.”
